Providing business consultancy for value added projects and defining project scope for large scale enterprise initiatives.
Customer Engagement - Establishing communication plans and escalation paths to ensure smooth project execution and risk mitigation.
Managing client engagement and acting as an escalation point for projects, seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepening client relationship.
Compliance Management - Ensuring that projects are process compliant and meet ISO, CMMI as well as SOX/ J-SOX standards and monitoring the processes improvement activities in projects.
