The Staff Pad is seeking in home Caregivers/CNA's to be a part of a growing home health organization.
Expectations:
Position is on call, hours aren't guaranteed/will vary based on availability, flexibility and willingness to accept shifts with and without notice Must be able to travel 15-25 miles from home Flexibility to switch to a different case at the last minute as clients' need changes Case type vary- 1:
1 care & supplemental staffing
Responsibilities:
Review client service plans and provide a variety of types of assistance as indicated.
Document assistance provided via note writing.
Provide companionship and supervision to clients with a variety of disabilities, illnesses, disease conditions and needs.
Assist clients with a variety of personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming and dressing.
Assist clients with toileting and incontinence care as needed.
Assist clients with transferring (i.
e.
bed to chair) and walking ambulation as needed.
Requirements 6
months of verifiable professional experience is a plus but not required Non-certified individuals are acceptable Personal caregiving experience acceptable Must be friendly, polite Willingness to learn & coachable PandoLogic.
