We have an immediate opening for a Logistics and Supply Chain coordinator.
This person is responsible for the President in the day-to-day operations.
The Coordinator provides general administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities:
Create new processes and suggest improvements to current processes to maximize operational efficiency Identify and contribute to process improvement projects Develop capacity plans for current and future resource needs Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations Ensuring premises, assets and communications are used effectively Utilizing logistics IT to optimize shipping and transport procedures Supervise orders and arrange stocking of materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs Plan and track the shipment of final products according to business requirements Qualifications &
Experience:
Previous experience in technology required Proven experience as a coordinator Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-driven and high energy, with a willingness to learn new things and take on additional responsibilities as needed High level of flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Aptitude for problem-solving and data analysis Ambitious and a passion for learning Strong attention to detail Highly organized, methodical, goal-oriented, and self-motivated Preferred:
IT related skills/experience Comfortable using a Mac Experience working with an IT company
