2) Conduct credit evaluations.
3) Calling to collect past due/problem accounts.
4) Research and resolve account inquiries.
5) Manage aged receivables.
6) Issue credit memos.
7) Compose statement reports and correspondence for clients.
8) Compose monthly report on credit/returns.
9) Assist other departments as needed.
10) Follow all safety procedures established by the department and company.
11) Input A/P invoices (review coding/approvals, vouch purchase orders/receipts, voucher invoices, edit input and post to A/P component).
12) Process checks requests (same as above with the exception of PO vouching) 13) Process reimbursements as encountered in the processing of A/P invoices and non-PO check requests.
14) Perform weekly check runs (review aging report and assess invoices to pay by due date, priority, and cash availability).
15) Field vendor inquiries and review/research vendor discrepancies and communicate findings directly to vendor.
16) Maintain accurate filing of paid invoices.
17) Assist in month end close to include A/P and other misc.
reconciliations.
18) Update cash summaries with disbursements.
19) Perform administrative projects as needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
