As a TikTok Shop Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing our TikTok Shop, curating products, and fostering brand partnerships on the TikTok platform.

Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize our company's presence on TikTok, ensuring optimal product display and promotional activities.
This includes refining product names, descriptions, and enhancing image quality to attract customers.
Curate products aligned with our brand identity and collaborate with suppliers to ensure a streamlined supply chain.
Gain profound insights into TikTok's platform and user culture, devising and executing effective marketing strategies tailored to the platform to elevate brand visibility.
Coordinate logistics processes to ensure timely and accurate product delivery to customers, constantly seeking optimization and improvement in supply chain and logistics.
Collaborate closely with the team, assisting in cross-departmental project ideation and execution to drive brand growth on TikTok.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the e-commerce field, adept in e-commerce operational processes and sales tactics.
In-depth knowledge of the TikTok platform, familiar with its nuances and user behavior, capable of devising effective marketing strategies based on its characteristics.
Exceptional communication skills and a strong team player able to collaborate with diverse teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
Understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management to optimize and enhance related workflows.
Ability to optimize product details including names, descriptions, and images to enhance sales performance.
Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
