Summary:
Join our team and contribute to a variety of product support duties in a well-structured environment.
You'll be involved in raw stock management, parts identification, shipping, receiving, stockroom handling, clean operations, and parts handling.
Responsibilities:
Raw Stock:
Manage incoming raw stock, verify materials, and operate saws to cut stock to specifications.
Parts Identification:
Identify parts using simple and proper identification methods.
Shipping:
Prepare parts for shipment, complete necessary paperwork, and maintain a shipping log.
Receiving:
Handle incoming shipments and forward materials to the appropriate team.
Stockroom:
Manage material reception, part identification, and order fulfillment.
Clean Operations:
Clean and remove oil from parts and equipment according to procedures.
Parts Handling:
Move parts between functions or teams, package parts, and audit material storage areas.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of product support or related experience.
General knowledge of computer terminal operations.
Ability to operate moving and saw equipment (OSHA safety qualifications may be required).
Forklift operator certificate may be required.
Demonstrated manual dexterity.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Ability to read and understand related forms and specifications.
May be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
