50 an hour We are a legal cannabis delivery service company currently looking for delivery dispatcher to join our team! We are actively seeking a dispatcher to help service customers in the Orange County and LA County Area.
We are currently looking for a reliable, self-motivated team player to expand our business in the cannabis industry.
We are looking for candidates that will be able to follow all established procedures and policies while upselling products that meet or exceed strict quality control and compliance standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, be punctual, trustworthy and comfortable with the responsibility of delivering valuable products Please note:

Primary Responsibilities Support the cannabis delivery platform and marketplace that connects adult consumers with licensed dispensaries and products via Meadow, Weedmaps, On Fleet app.
Set up and process customer orders using POS and Routing applications, including but not limited to Meadow, Weedmaps, On Fleet app.
Ensure each customer has a complete profile inclusive of email address, phone number, and how they heard of us.
Provide exceptional customer service by phone, text, or ring central chat interactions.
Handle customer issues and complaints in a proactive and professional manner with customer retention always in mind, escalating to the appropriate parties when necessary Develop and maintain rapport with our customers, partners, and staff.
Ensure customers' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate customer requests and/or problems to a manager when needed.
Manage, route, track and assign deliveries to a fleet of drivers via On Fleet App.
Provide support to drivers and help with re-routing or contacting customers as needed Review online menus on regular basis to ensure accuracy via Weedmaps.
Document accurate expenses and close outs every day.
Responsible for cultivating and maintaining a positive relationship with wholesale vendors for products purchased.
Work with management team to increase delivery traffic.
Uphold inventory control to minimize loss by complying with all Department of Cannabis Control and company inventory control procedures.
Understand industry regulations and follow them to ensure products are in compliance.
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with internal standards and requirements Maintain depot cleanliness, organization and safety standards at all times Other assigned duties, tasks, and responsibilities.
Essential Skills & Abilities Exceptional communication and customer relation skills is the #1 priority.
Personal knowledge of various cannabis products (required).
Available to work varied hours/days, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and/or events (Required).
Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
Must be able to use technology with no issues.
Ability to respond well to questions and seek clarification as needed Strong attention to detail.
Basic math skills.
Cashier transactions with attention to detail and accuracy Cash handling and drawer reconciliation must be impeccable Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Accurately track, report and assign cash bags and tips for drivers Be on time to work and maintain good attendance.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing and unexpected deadlines.
Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills Must be able to use work phone to process delivers accept payments and read directions.
Must be a team player Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older - no exceptions! Must have a valid California driver's license.
Must be willing to consent to a MANDATORY criminal background.
Must complete livescan background check.
NO EXCEPTIONS Must be able to work full time 8 hours shifts.
Open availability Monday-Sunday 9am-10:
30pm.
7 days a week availability.
No exceptions.
Physical Requirements Move, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Regularly perform various repetitive motions such as carrying, grasping, lifting, walking, standing, bending/crouching, stooping, reaching, and stretching.
Grasping, holding, lifting and other repetitive movements involving wrists and hands are required.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (with breaks) while maintaining focus.
Ability to move around uneven terrain.
