Customer Service Associate Irvine, US Amplify Surgical has an opening for a Customer Service Associate at its corporate offices in Irvine, CA.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, is responsible for meeting and exceeding service goals by advancing high quality spinal fusion solutions utilizing a cutting-edge implant technology.
The Associate will be responsible for interfacing with the sales and ops organizations supporting day to day planning, inventory monitoring, and being the primary conduit for company inquiries.
The position requires strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly access the issues and problem solve to provide an optimal service level of performance.
Responsibilities Maintains customer communication via e-mails, phone calls, text, etc.
, regarding surgeries, demos, shipments, restocking, and returns.
Ensures that customer communications are handled/answered promptly and accurately.
Manage customer inventory to prevent shortages Manage the company's master surgery case calendar and master sales tracker Manages the company's FedEx account, including generating labels and tracking packages Demonstrates ability to satisfy customer inquiries in a professional manner Supports shipping/receiving in an overflow capacity Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities Customer service experience is a plus, will train Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
) Ability to thrive in a startup environment Experience with a medical device company or spine experience a plus Job Types:
