Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computerized databases and systems with accuracy and efficiency - Transcribe information from source documents to the appropriate data fields - Perform basic math calculations to ensure accuracy of entered data - Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records - Assist with order entry and processing as needed - Provide administrative support to the team as required Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently - Proficiency in basic math calculations - Familiarity with office and clerical procedures - Comfortable working with computerized systems and databases - Previous experience in data entry or related administrative roles is preferred This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment, utilizing your data entry skills to contribute to the smooth operation of our organization.
