Role Overview:
Sowind Corporation is seeking an experienced Account Manager with excellent written communication skills and an unwavering eye for detail.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of supply chain coordination, meticulous documentation, and fostering enduring relationships with both clients and vendors.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Supply Chain Coordination:
Strategize and coordinate supply chain operations to ensure optimal efficiency and timely delivery of products.
Order Processing:
Facilitate the seamless processing of Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Packing Lists, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
Data Management:
Maintain comprehensive records and manage data statistics with precision and accuracy, utilizing sophisticated tools and platforms.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and vendors through effective communication and support.
Documentation:
Execute meticulous documentation of configurations and product data management, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
Accounting Support:
Assist in preparing quarterly accounting reports and provide necessary support leveraging any accounting background.
Issue Resolution:
Proactively troubleshoot and swiftly resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise within the account management process.
Adaptability:
Be open to and proficient in handling any other job-related duties as assigned.
Skills and
Qualifications:
? A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience ? 7
years of work experience ? Preferably an Accounting background ? Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy ? Proficiency in spreadsheets and adeptness in organizing documents ? Self-motivated individual committed to continuous improvement Job Specifics:
