We have a lot of opportunity for growth in the company.
Team members can start at a Driver position, but can end up managing teams or fulfilling different positions within the company.
Job Summary Delivery drivers will report to warehouse for check-in procedures.
Drivers will receive assignments and make timely deliveries.
This job requires drivers to repeatedly go back to warehouse to pick up newly received orders for delivery, (similar to pizza delivery).
Our dispatch and management teams are always available to assist our drivers when needed.
The cannabis industry is regulated by the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) and we will train drivers on their guidelines.
Drivers will also need to follow all local and state laws.
Compensation $17 - $19 (based on experience)
tips Position Full-Time and Part-Time available.
Busiest on nights and weekends.
Daily Functions Delivery assignments are made through mobile apps.
Ensure that all orders are in compliance with BCC regulations Performed deliveries based on prescribed instructions Check to ensure delivery items are correct based on customer orders.
Receive correct payments and ensure customers are satisfied with their purchases Return to warehouse to check out from your shift.
Qualifications High School Diploma is required.
Associate Degree or Higher is preferred Problem solver Works well independently and in team environments Ability to accurately keep track of cash transactions Self-motivated individual Great interpersonal and communication skills Ethical and Responsible Great communicator Basic Qualifications 21 years of age Must pass background check (LiveScan) Good Driving Record with minimal infractions Valid Driver's License Clean and reliable vehicle, registered to driver, that is not older than 2000 Valid vehicle insurance Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Drivers are required to use their phones for long periods of time to navigate to their delivery designations and to receive/review order information.
They will be driving during most of their work shift, exposed to traffic and weather conditions.
They will also need able to lift 20lbs - 50lbs objects.
