SummaryThe Account Manager supports our client's consultants and clients throughout the customer journey, from plan design through ongoing service for incentive plans, benefit plans, and HR support services.
The position works closely with the project consultant through the design phase by creating presentation materials and managing onboarding; through the launch phase by becoming the primary client contact and training clients on the proprietary software; and in the maintenance phase by managing workflows and providing an exceptional client experience.
Duties and Responsibilities Build excellent relationships with assigned clients.
Serve as liaison between clients and consultants Prepare initial proposals and drive the delivery process from project launch through ongoing account maintenance Prepare and facilitate virtual software training; provide ongoing support to help clients maximize the capabilities of the software Proactively follow up with clients to ensure a frictionless, positive experience for clients Efficiently plan and prioritize a high volume of client activities and requests to ensure satisfaction, plan compliance, account renewal and account growth Become an expert in our products and services, and educate clients on use and benefits Work closely with sales support, consulting, billing and other technical teams to facilitate excellent client outcomes Assist team members and supervisors on new projects as assigned Education and Experience Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred 3 - 5 years' experience in account management, sales support, customer success, compensation, HRIS, and/or benefits/executive benefits, including experience with supporting web-based technologies Knowledge, Skills and Abilities MS Office applications:
working knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook, intermediate to advanced capabilities in Word and Excel Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, responsive, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail and process oriented mindset Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently; excellent follow-through skills Team player CompensationBase salary $60-75K plus bonus Recommended Skills Account Management Billing Communication Human Resources Information System (Hris) Incentive Programs Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
