Summary:
The primary duty of this position is to support our clients and ensure they have the best experience possible.
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience providing customer care and support.
You will act as a go-between for our clients and the other members of the service team.
As service requests from our clients come in, the coordinator is responsible for creating a ticket, using the company's tracking software, and then following that ticket through to completion and final billing.
This will require the coordinator to ensure that assigned tasks are completed promptly and follow-up correspondences are sent to the appropriate parties as needed.
Responsibilities/Duties Provide outstanding customer service Receives calls, takes messages, routes correspondence via email, text, and phone Assist the Service Manager as needed daily Assists with the communication to our Logistics Dept to coordinate timely parts and equipment for service job sites Provide accurate and complete work orders for the Service Manager Effectively utilize the company's business software (Freshdesk, Freshcaller, TSheets, etc.
) Participate in assisting with service calls, preventative maintenance, and repair schedules.
Execute to completion of assigned work tasks Communicate effectively with all Managers and Team Members Significantly contribute to the effective management of the day-to-day operations according to company procedures Maintain positive employee relations, solid team-player orientation, and high communication standards.
Maintaining a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, ethics, and image of self.
Other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned Planning skills - able to effectively plan ahead Organizational skill - the ability to manage multiple projects Problem analysis - ability to break down problems and find solutions Abilities Must have hands-on, current work experience with audio, video, and networking Must work well with others Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive in the State of CA Current auto insurance and registration required Will be punctual, professional, and team-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently, with strong time and resource management capabilities Basic computer and Microsoft Office Suite skills required Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
