Streamline Construction is a fast-growing custom home building/remodeling company that has an immediate opening for a superintendent.
We are seeking a highly organized, well-rounded, and self-motivated individual.
This position will be based in Mission Viejo with jobs located throughout Orange County.
Minimum Job Requirements:
3
years experience in Custom/Luxury Home Building/Remodeling Valid driver's license Ability to read plans/plan details
Job Description:
Manage daily construction activities and maintain project schedules for 4-6 homes at a time Enforce job site safety Motivate subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the quality and performance required to meet company standards In dealing with customers, display an awareness of construction detail to ensure delivery of homes that exceed customer expectations Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with subcontractors and inspectors Maintain a positive working relationship with local building inspectors and other municipality personnel Inspect all homes under construction daily for quality and ensure they are being built per the plans and specifications Update Schedule, To-Dos, Daily Logs, Bids, Photos, and Timesheets, utilizing internal-based Software daily Communicate with management on ways to cut building costs and reduce cycle time Project closeout and completion, including responsibility for ensuring the completion of punch list items Ensure job site cleanliness and present a positive representation of the company Drug-free employment Job Type:
