00 Annual Salary The Department of Developmental Services is currently seeking individuals with strategic planning, budgeting, and design of construction, and special repairs experience to fill an Associate Construction Analyst position at our Southern California Regional Office.
Experience in the following areas will ensure success in this role:
Three years of varied experience in the architectural planning, design, construction or estimating of major buildings.
Equivalent to graduation from college preferably with major work in architecture, engineering, or business administration.
(Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
) AutoCAD, building codes, design, and construction cost.
Principles of effective supervision and planning and organizing.
Plan, organize, and analyze project plans, specifications, and associate documents.
Make field inspections, surveys, and direct or inspect field construction operations.
