Summary:
Assists in the receiving, shipping, logistics, warehouse, storage and distribution activities throughout the assigned facilities.
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
Senior Director of Operations or designee
Essential Functions:
Assists with the daily activities of the Receiving, Shipping and Warehouse Departments.
Ensures products, parts, and supplies are shipped, distributed, and or received in an effective manner.
Maintains preservation of items received, stored and shipped, methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining and shipping stock.
Initiates related reports of department activities as required.
Follows safety instructions and best practices.
Maintains the cleanliness of the warehouse and direct work area.
OTHER
Responsibilities:
Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Four years of receiving, shipping, warehouse experience.
Working knowledge of M/S Word and M/S Excel, other related programs.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate a variety of warehouse equipment.
Ability to lift 40 pounds.
