A/E/C Design Technology Solutions Support Specialist

STV is seeking an A/E/C Design Technology Solutions Support Specialist.
This role is a full-time HYBRID position that can be located within a reasonable distance of one of our offices in the Eastern or Mountain times zones, with the expectation to be in the office 2-3 days/week.
STV's IT AEC Design Technology Solutions Support Team has the primary responsibility to install, configure, and maintain all AEC software used throughout the company.
This role will assist to budget, advise and manage licensing for all supported titles.
The IT AEC Support group is also responsible for configuring all AEC software on STV's stand-alone computers and VMware desktop environment.
Position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Regularly communicate with STV employees and clients from state, municipal and consulting agencies to determine project expectations Ensure all AEC software and licenses are up to date Communication with software vendors to address software support mattersRequired experience and skills include:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role is required, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Technology or similar study Experience with software packaging and familiarity with SCCM is preferred Past demonstratable experience with use, support and maintenance of Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI and other AEC software is required in this role Recommended Skills Application Packaging Auto Cad Esri Gis (Software) Maintenance System Center Configuration Manager Vmware Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
