Hull & Company is seeking an Underwriter - E&S Wholesale to join our team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Underwrite and rate new and renewal risks.
Service new business accounts based on a defined set of underwriting guidelines.
Develop relationships with agents by negotiating coverage terms and premiums.
Assist agents with renewal and new business quotes.
Develop rapport with company underwriters.
Assist the department in meeting monthly production goals.
Train agents on products, underwriting appetite and submission requirements WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor's degree (B.
A.
) from Four-Year College or University.
A minimum of 3 years' experience as Underwriter/Broker.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in insurance related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of E&S Wholesale experience CIC or CPCU designation Experience with Excess & Surplus Lines WHAT WE OFFER:
