Summary:
The Senior Construction Scheduler will support planning and scheduling activities for construction projects through application of diversified controls, systems, principles, and practices.
SALARY RANGE:
$140,000 - $149,000 company wide

Company vehicle or vehicle allowance, toll pass and fuel card A 401(k) savings plan under which BNB matches the first three percent of your deferral with a 100% match and the next two percent with a 50% match for a total matching contribution of 4% of your pay.

JOB
Responsibilities:
Exercise general supervision of multiple job sites to monitor and manage projects during each phase of construction; including but not limited to pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction.
Understand and implement accepted planning and scheduling best practices.
Plan and coordinate scheduling activities of a project.
Work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other team members to develop and maintain schedules in all phases of a project.
Provide training on P6 and scheduling techniques.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and contracts in the preparation and acceptance of usable baseline schedules for construction.
Support the development of bid and proposal schedules with Executive management.
Utilize analytics to identify and report on project trends.
Effectively cost and manpower load schedules for use during the execution of the project.
Evaluate the actual construction status relative to proposed plan.
Analyze and communicate the impact of changes to the schedule.
Prepare Time Impact Analyses per recommended practices by commonly accepted standards.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 software.
Detail-oriented and can manage priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with owners, subcontractors, senior leaders, and project teams.
High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, and integrity.
