Under the supervision of the Marketing Analytics Manager, the Sr.
Marketing Specialist role is a key position reporting into the Marketing team.
This role supports marketing analytics that leads into informed business decisions, and achievement of the Companys Strategic objectives.
This position will support and develop solutions that will foster data-driven decision making.
Assist with analyzing large platform transforming data, aggregating key metrics and building visualizations for strategic decisions is a must, developing complex algorithms that lead to high ROI.
In addition, this person will partner across marketing, operations, IT/BI and other key stakeholders.
Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of our customer, business, industry, and emerging needs/trends in the competitive landscape to enhance the customer experience journey Analyze current business performance, identify trends and root causes, anticipate and respond to stakeholder questions; use data insights and research to drive change and seamless experiences for our customer base Build and support data visualizations, dashboards, and best practices via Datorama & PowerBI platforms.
This includes internal and external team adoption, training, and support of platforms.
Monitor and report on KPIs trends.
Uncovering data-driven, actionable, insights and recommendations to improve paid media effectiveness, efficiency, and return.
Collaborate with internal & external resources to design and implement process to extract, cleanse, sample, test, validate, and communicate data-driven insights from complex and significant volumes of data for unique business problems Partner with internal and external teams to communicate and update channel and campaign-specific forecasts for in-flight media spend and post-campaign metrics & ROI.
Support and distribute digital reporting deliverables and presentations, tailoring insights according to the respective audiences within the business Supports the full cycle of iterative big data exploration, including hypothesis formulation, algorithm development, data cleansing, testing, insight generation/visualization, and action planning Provides insights to project problem solving by helping teams to identify and define key issues, develop hypotheses, and design required analyses Required 1-3 years of experience managing enterprise-level digital analytics and visualization platforms for example:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (aka Datoroma), Tableau, PowerBI) 1-3 years of experience managing web reporting (e.
g.
Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics) 1-3 year of experience using SQL (e.
g.
Snowflake, SQLServer, Teradata) Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display advertising channels KPIs Working knowledge of rules-based last click and multi-touch attribution Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to simplify and structure complex and ambiguous problems Ability to present complicated material in a concise and effective way Ability to operate in an ambiguous setting, driving clarity on goals and objectives Ability to build strong and effective relationships with cross-functional partners Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail Preferred:

Salary Information:
$68,607.
00-$115,427.
