Customize HRIS modules, test system enhancements, and train and provide support for clients.
Administer leaves of absence and accommodation, and provide related support to clients and employees.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Provide exceptional HR support to KTimeHR clients Assist clients with variety of HR actions, including processing new hires and pay changes, unemployment/disability/leave claims; handbook customization; and other HR-related tasks.
Timely review and prepare documents ensuring compliance and accuracy Provide support and compliant guidance regarding client HR policies and procedures Manage leaves of absence and accommodation for clients.
Determine LOA eligibility, draft leave letters, track hours balances, maintain documentation and provide guidance to clients ensuring compliance with all LOA processes Work to resolve general, low complexity client issues and inquiries via phone, email, and chat Assist HR director and consultants with employee-relation issues, performance management, and investigations, and provide recommendations for resolution Work with a sense of urgency to provide accurate information in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner translating to a positive customer experience.
Serve as internal HRIS expert Utilize, customize, test, and implement HRIS modules for clients Prepare and present HRIS training for client key-contacts Test and process system enhancements QUALIFICATIONS and COMPETENCIES Strong knowledge employment law, including leaves of absence, wage-and-hour law, and employee benefits Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills and ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional customer service skills, including professionalism, courtesy, sensitivity, empathy, and maintaining confidentiality Strong problem solving and resourceful thinking skills; ability to substantially understand quickly and follow directions; ability to follow established procedures in a timely, accurate manner; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with time constraints Ability to work both independently and collaboratively; exhibit openness to others' views; provide and welcome feedback; and be respectful and open in all relationships High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, data processing, communication tools and HRIS software Demonstrate a commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus Job Type:
