- Oversee and coordinate production activities in a fast-paced environment - Operate forklift to transport materials and products as needed - Ensure all production processes are carried out efficiently and according to established procedures - Monitor production lines and troubleshoot any issues that arise - Train and supervise production team members - Maintain accurate production records and reports - Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and deadlines - Assist in packaging and labeling of finished products - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role required - Forklift certification is preferred but not required - Strong basic math skills for measuring and calculating quantities - Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot machinery - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time - Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting - Experience in the food industry is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for the position of Production Lead.
