Key Responsibilities Prepare customs documents:
Request required documentation, check for accuracy and work to correct any errors as needed, send the documentation to the customs broker, and file.
Review shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, and manifests) for accuracy; note any errors and work to correct them as needed.
Create and distribute receiving checklists for the warehouse and POE orders.
Update the shipping tracker for all orders; receive daily reports from shipping partners and update our internal files and SAP.
Manage DI bookings:
Request and compile needed documentation from the factories and our accounting department, submit bookings to the appropriate freight forwarder, and track the progress of shipments from booking through arrival at the warehouse (or port for POE orders).
Immediately communicate any problems or anomalies to management.
Create carton labels as requested by the sales department; review labels for accuracy and work to resolve any problems; send to the factories.
Receive, review, and verify all receiving documents for POE and DI shipments.
Inform the accounting team once documents are confirmed for each order.
Communicate expected delivery times to other departments as requested.
Prepare FedEx shipments and send to appropriate factories as requested.
Coordinate and upload new orders to SAP within 48 hours, ensuring all information is clear and accurate.
General Responsibilities Collaborate and communicate seamlessly across all departments.
Assist production coordinators as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
