This position will be responsible for assisting the Human Resources department with a variety of projects.
This person will report to the Human Resources Services Manager.
This position is full time, in-office only General Responsibilities Perform a variety of human resources administrative and clerical tasks, such as fielding telephone calls, filing, photocopying, mailing, setting up meetings and data entry Assist with submitting background requests, renewing links and answering questions on background status Administrate the personnel file review process, gathering all portions of the file and setting up review times Distribute updated Labor posters Distribute incoming department mail, respond (orally in writing) to regularly occurring requests for information and prepares materials for training classes Collaborate with other departments or functions (Benefits, Payroll, Operations, Marketing, etc.
) Projects will range from clerical to more complex administrative tasks Perform other administrative duties as assigned and may assist with overflow work from other HR Associates Work Schedule
Benefits Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt) Pay Range is $25.
00 - $29.

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field a plus Minimum 1-2 years of administrative/office experience.
HR Coordinator experience, or relevant administrative experience a plus Knowledge of human resource processes and best practices Must be a self-starter and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness Strong computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Asana, Slack, SharePoint a plus) Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with internal and external customer in a positive and professional manner Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus ABOUT In-N-Out Burger In-N-Out Burger was founded in 1948 by Harry and Esther Snyder in Baldwin Park, California, and remains privately owned and operated.
