Pursue Health, LLC is recruiting experienced professionals and is currently accepting applications for an immediate hire temporary full-time Payroll Analyst with a potentialto transition to full-time permanent.
General
Responsibilities:
Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll for multiple locations Enter employee payroll information into the Kronos payroll system, including new hires, status changes and terminations Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for data entry.
Provide both verbal and written support for payroll related issues to payroll coordinators at each location Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations Scan documents into document management systems and/or databases Respond to requests for information and access relevant files Ideal Candidate Background and Skills/Knowledge:
High school diploma/GED Basic knowledge of payroll processing preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Multitasking capability without compromising on quality Excellent time management skills while maintaining attention to details Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office applications, specifically MS Word and Excel Accurate keyboard and 10-key skills Maintain a high level of confidentiality Ability to work independently Pay Scale :
