Role Summary Manage digital marketing on company web site including basic web page layout, photography and programming.
Maintain and support all promotional and custom pages on the eCommerce web site.
This requires coordination with our email marketing programs and external marketing campaigns, along with the implementation of all relevant pages as required.
Responsibility for all eCommerce sales.
Job Responsibilities Photograph new products and edit to website specifications Update product information and content on the website Oversee daily website maintenance including, but not limited to, site stability, site updates and troubleshooting Create banners, images, promotions, landing pagesetc.
for display on the website Manage online orders through delivery to client Support and resolve content, product, or customer order issues, via chat, email and telephone as needed and preferred by the customer Define, recommend and assist in implementation of website changes and functional improvements Liaise with vendor regarding the day to day management of the website Key Experience Online marketing experience to manage our contact to contact email marketing system (Klavio) and ensure optimal performance and conversion rates Understanding of order management/customer fulfillment in an e-commerce context.
Big Commerce and/or Shopify platform experience most helpful Computer literate with understanding of basic web technologies (FTP, browsers, basic HTML, data files) Skilled photographer and photo editor Sales experience in retail store a plus Familiar with data management Previous experience with website or e-commerce CMS Basic understanding of Google products such as Webmaster Tools & Analytics desirable Requirements Proficiency in commercial photography, lighting and editing Experience with B2B eCommerce platforms and a good understanding of Search Engine Optimization API experience to be able to use Retail Dimensions RD8 to manage inventory Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Lightroom and Photoshop Web design and programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) Knowledge of other Web programming languages is an asset (.
