Compliance and Risk Management Recruitment Employee Relations/Engagement Performance Management Organizational Development and Training Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is strongly preferred.
A minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience, at least 3-4 years in a leadership role.
The compensation range represents a good faith estimate of what our client may pay for the position at the time of posting.
Our client may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range.
The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidate's gender or any other protected status.
