com Inside Sales Administrator Job Description Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up calls and emails Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales engineer for further development and closure Conduct post sale follow up to ensure customer satisfaction Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest Responsible for administrative support to the technical sales department to ensure efficient utilization of time Create and check proposals Interface, correspond, and support our international offices and Authorized Reps Type and distribute, upon review and approval, departmental correspondence reports, memos, and projects from notes or drafts Support the sales team with CRM reports and contact data import Help assist with CRM system projects and requirements Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, vendors, and others in a courteous and professional manner Assist the Sales Department as needed Perform other duties as assigned Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have 3
years of inside sales and administrative support experience Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy Analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work Ability to solve problems independently using exceptional judgment and decision making Superior math skills and experience working in a fast-paced sales environment with pricing, proposals, etc.
Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively via telephone and email Works well in a team environment and able to work with a diverse group of people Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced computer skills related to creation of reports and presentations in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, CRM Education Business school, Associate's degree or equivalent is required Bachelor's Degree in Business, communications, or relevant field is a plus ETAP is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to workforce diversity.
