is professional property management company with apartment communities located in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
We are seeking a roving maintenance technician to join our team.
Duties include common apartment maintenance, unit turns and exterior building maintenance.
You may be responsible to respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed.
Position does not come with housing allowance Experience & Requirements:
2 or more years of experience performing maintenance at an apartment community of 100 units or more preferred Must be willing and able to commute to any of our communities in the cities of Anaheim, Fullerton, West Covina and Glendale as needed.
Mileage reimbursements available for miles driven beyond normal commute.
Valid California driver's license and insurance required Must have your own tools Experience with OneSite Facilities is preferred Thorough knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance from a maintenance perspective Familiarity with common procedures for entering occupied apartments Thorough understanding of the unit turn process Able to maintain professional relationships with residents, vendors and team members Able to work in a fluid, fast paced environment with minimal supervision Impeccable communication skills and the ability to work in a cooperative manner with others Strong work ethic, punctuality and good attendance are a must Technical Skills Required:
Carpentry, including fencing, molding replacement, interior/exterior door replacement Plumbing, trouble shooting, installation of new fixtures and minor repairs Electrical, trouble shooting, installation of new wiring and fixtures and minor repairs Appliance repair and installation Drywall and stucco repair Water proofing Routine apartment maintenance Salary and
