ROLE:
We are looking for a talented Self Storage Property Manager in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
Our ideal manager is a reliable, upbeat individual who want to join our growing self-storage team.
Our Managers work a full-time, 5 day per week (including Saturday) with Sunday and Monday off.
General duties include providing excellent customer service, preparing handling sales calls, showing and leasing storage units and assisting in keeping the facility clean and operational.
Self Storage Property Manager Responsibilities include:
Rent storage units and prepare leases Meet customer needs with the highest level of service Ensure the facility is clean and well maintained at all times Maintain accurate accounting of rent collections and retail sales and make deposits in a timely manner Handle the operations of a self-storage facility in a professional and business-like manner.
Qualifications:
2 years self-storage, retail or customer service management experience preferred Extensive Customer Service experience Excellent leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills Flexibility:
Saturday hours are required Valid Driver's License, Insurance and reliable transportation High School diploma or GED Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required, SiteLink and CallPotential experience a plus Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS, but not required Excellent Pay and Benefits! NEWLY REVISED! Based on the property size and your experience, the pay range is $20.
25 - $28.
00 per hour plus monthly bonus and commission Generous monthly bonus and retail sales commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays
