The firm is searching for a full-time associate with experience as a lead attorney in family law matters including case workup and litigation experience.
The applicant should possess a high degree of competence and skill in the following areas:
(1) project and calendar management; (2) discovery drafting and management; (3) law and motion practice; (4) evidence and document management; (5) legal research; (6) client management; and (7) trial and hearing preparation.
Familiarity with accounting principles is also desirable in this role.
Benefits Starting salary of $120,000 plus bonus based on billable hours; 401(k) plan with company matching; 75% of employee health insurance covered by the firm.
