Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator position performs all functions necessary to support the daily operations of the Human Resources Department.
This role reports directly to the Human Resources Director and provides administrative support including record-keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry, and event planning.
This position has significant contact with supervisors, employees, students, and external constituents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Provide administrative support to hiring managers and the HR director during the recruitment process.
Input records into the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and the expense management system.
Assist with the planning of HR meetings, interviews, and schoolwide events.
Greet and/or direct incoming HR visitors and telephone calls.
Prepare and route employee forms and contracts for signatures.
Create HR documents such as forms, handouts, business cards, and reports.
Maintain personnel records and files.
Sort, pick up, and distribute mail.
Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
Support any other special projects given by the HR Director.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
At least 2-3 years of human resource experience is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe software.
Experience using e-signature software such as Adobe Sign or DocuSign preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
