This position will report directly to the CEO & HQ CFO.
He/she will perform strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company's operations.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Operations manager should oversee the Accounting & Finance, Procurement, Admin, Warehouse & Logistics, RMA and Customer Service functions.
Take the responsibilities of/ review / monitor below affairs.
1.
Oversees the Admin, Accounting & Finance, Procurement, WH & RMA, Tech Support functions and manages all hands-on operational aspects of the Company 2.
Plan and take control of finance, accounting, tax, bank affairs, AP/AR, expense and budget 3.
Control and execute the matters related to operation, general affairs and purchasing 4.
Inventory control and logistics management.
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory level and fasten the inventory turnaround 5.
Management in procedures control of RMA and technical support 6.
Execute the data analysis and business intelligence, improve the efficiency, and optimize the operation improvement 7.
Establish, amend and comply with internal control system 8.
Other related duties as assigned.

Infrequent travel required.
EDUCATION:
Minimum BS/BA in business administration, finance, accounting or related major Master's degree preferred REQUIRED
Experience:
1.
Permanent Resident Card or work permit in USA is necessary 2.
Minimum 10
years senior management experience 3.
Financial background is helpful but not required 4.
Proven experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures 5.
Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management.

Ability to make the decisions and judgments based on the solid analysis 7.
Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects.
8.
Conflict resolution and/or mediation skills REQUIRED BACKGROUND:
Required
Experience:
Minimum 10 years senior management experience.
Extensive administrative background.
Special Skills Required:
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Ability to work well with others and to motivate people.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$110,000.
00 - $140,000.
