Summary:
? Own, define, communicate, and drive Reltio technical vision, architectural strategy and roadmap winning support from Engineering and aligning with product and business strategy.
? Foster an environment of innovation, while maintaining quality, scalability and security.
? Participate in the community of Reltio Tech Leads in the Architectural Review Board (ARB), helping ARB members in the review and comprehension of architecture and design recommendations, evangelizing best fit solutions so optimized go/no-go decisions can be made for implementing active and proposed projects.
? Participate in the product development cycle to include requirements and design reviews conducted by developers and review their contract deliverables.
? Develop and document software and systems architecture views, using various architecture modeling tools.
Create architecture blueprints and development best practices for major initiatives across application development, and process automation.
Manage software interfaces between architectural components, oversee development of interface requirements specifications, interface design documents, and oversee interface evolution.
? Supports and advises leadership regarding technical and architectural feasibility, implications, readiness, security and compliance.
Provide key inputs into technology evaluation and technology planning activities.
Analyze conflicting requirements and formulate architectural solutions to balance diverse customer and user needs.
? Define and drive technology Proof of Concepts (PoCs) where needed.
? Establish, promote, and coach Engineering teams on technical best practices.
? Mentor and coach engineers across the organization? Speak, write, evangelize, and communicate about Reltio technical capabilities at conferences and other events.
? Stay on the cutting edge of emerging technology, forging key relationships with peers.
