In this role, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing internal financial data and support various data project across departments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO Responsible for the completion of monthly/quarterly tasks and compliance items Review weekly/monthly/quarterly financial data to gain departmental insights Adhere to a month-end and/or quarter-end reporting schedule in compliance with company policies and procedures Work as part of the Financial Analysis Department and collaborate with Financial Analysts, Business Intelligence Analysts, and Omega Executives to streamline incoming data projects and establish effective reporting/analyses Report to the Director of Financial Analysis and support data collection, reporting, and data visualizations for Omega Executives Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive internal and client data Work individually and with the team to achieve department goals Collaborate with internal teams on projects and present findings concisely to Omega Executives Handle, prioritize, and execute multiple projects at a time and pivot between projects in a timely manner Help develop new processes, strategies, and reporting procedures Successfully communicate reporting in an efficient, timely, and summarized manner ABOUT YOU Highly organized, detail-oriented disposition Self-starter and able to work independently Capacity to prioritize projects, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong client relationships Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through client issues Able to handle manipulating large sets of raw data and perform financial modeling and forecasting QUALIFICATIONS 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial review/analysis Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or another business-related major a plus Strong understanding of accounting principles and ability to read financial statements Advanced knowledge and technical ability in Microsoft Excel (especially for analysis) required Proficient with accounting software (Intuit Products a plus) and other MS Office software Experience in financial modeling and forecasting highly desired Working knowledge of programming languages such as R, Python, SAS, Microsoft Power BI, or Google Analytics is a plus Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
