is a property management company specializing in the operations of self-storage.
We are looking for an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to work at our corporate office in Irvine, CA.
Responsibilities:
Reconcile daily deposits from 15 self-storage facilities.
Prepare invoices for approval.
Research and work with vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Obtain necessary documentations including W9, insurance certificate, release from vendor prior to payment.
Post invoices to correct GL accounts.
Post invoices against annual budget line item.
Allocate invoices to appropriate facilities.
Process and submit payments in a timely manner so as not to incur late fees.
May be required to perform other job-related duties and all responsibilities are subject to change over time.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-year degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or related field required.
2 to 5 years work experience in accounting required.
Must be detailed oriented and understands the importance of accuracy and thoroughness.
Property management / real estate industry experience a plus.
Yardi accounting software knowledge a plus.
