POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for offering and promoting Ingenes' services.
Responsible for providing quality care to patients undergoing treatment for fertility or wishing to preserve future fertility.
Also, counseling potential patients on treatment options, by active listening and understanding their necessities.
This position requires a high level of customer service, discussing treatments with patients according to their medical needs and financial possibilities.
Ensure patient retention, and personalized attention.
Responsibilities Act as a Liaison interfacing with patients Generate a great experience on patients Provide personalized advice to patients so they can make the best choice Educate patients on treatment protocols and procedures Assist with in-office procedures Work with the medical team to retain patients by offering services that meet standards of excellence and fits their specifical needs Establish and maintain positive working relationships with existing patients through prompt service and subsequent follow up (video calls, phone calls, email, etc.

) Communicate with the patient via phone or messaging the patient responsibility amount to be paid for the related service.
Take a proactive approach aimed at coming up with solutions that support patient services of the highest standards Understand the individual requirements of each patient according to medical recommendation and build the perfect budget that covers all the patient necessities in order to retain them Identify programs or initiatives that potentially could increase company revenues, decrease costs and increase customer satisfaction Provide patient's privacy and confidentiality within the guidelines of HIPAA Provide a patient care experience that exceeds their expectation by actively listening to the patient and taking on the role of providing exceptional patient care Provide financial counseling to patients on various procedures to be rendered Provide financial follow-up to patients Main Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly motivated and target driven individual Executive appearance (required) Proficient computer skills Proficient in Excel Bilingual in Spanish Availability to travel Requirements Experience in OB/GYN and/or Fertility Experience in sales and services Interested on developing in sales and earning commissions Patient financial counseling experience Experience in clinic environments Very empathetic communication skills Passionate about woman health Service attitude Attention to detail Excellent work ethic and accountability Benefits & Salary Competitive salary Productivity commissions Vacations Sick pay leave Holidays Training Job Types:
