Essential Functions:
Works alongside project management (PM), plumbing, electrical, construction and millwork team to learn the trade.
Participates in basic fixtures, repair, maintenance, installation, diagnoses, repairs, etc.
related to all trades.
Performs simple millwork repair functions throughout various locations, including but not limited to:
Machinery, Fabrication, Finishing & Installation.
Assembles, installs, tests, and maintains electrical and/or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures; utilizes hand tools and power tools under supervision.

Assists with diagnosing malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components; utilizes test equipment and hand tools to locate cause of breakdown and corrects problem.
Assists with diagnosing problems and/or failures in plumbing systems.
Assists with cuts and assembles pipes, cleaning water supply, and disposal systems.
Assists with installation, repairs, and maintenance of chilled water, steam, heat, water, gas, drainage, sewage, and other plumbing systems.
Assists with testing for leaks in new and repaired systems with compressed air and/or water to ensure items are functional and in safe working conditions.
Participates in meetings with clients and other members of construction to understand needs to assigned projects and helps with research to determine project requirements Works with PM team to Interpret, review and approve survey and civil design work.
Works with PM team to ensure construction plans meet guidelines and specifications of building codes and other regulations.
Participates in establishing, monitoring, maintaining and updating construction work schedules.
Works with PM team to understand process of contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for construction projects.
Works with PM team to oversee projects to ensure approved designs, calculations and cost estimates are followed, and on track.
Works alongside PM team to review projects, determine specifications, prepare project status, and manage the income with expenditure.
Travels to different sites to follow-up on status.
Assists with maintaining and repairing equipment and machines.
Assists the Project Manager to ensure that the project is completed as scheduled and within budget.
Picks up various supplies from various vendors on an as-needed basis.
Provides recommendations for project improvements.
Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum three (3) years of experience working in a construction environment.
Minimum one (1) years of experience in plumbing, electrical, millwork, or relevant trade.
Previous project management experience, a plus.
Special Requirements/Certification:
Valid California state driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
Pay Range 17.
00/hr-26.
00Hhr.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
