The successful candidate will be responsible for budget management, financial analysis, payroll, forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting.

Responsibilities - Working closely with Bookkeeper using Quickbooks ONLINE, processing and managing--A/P, A/R, bank statements, credit card reconciliations, journal entries, and preparing financials (for many entities/multiple QuickBooks files) (Significant Quickbooks ONLINE experience is necessary) -Preparation of management and real estate reports.
-Financial administration.
-Contract management.
-Support in due diligence processes.
- Closing out books quarterly & year-end for tax purposes.
- Preparing and distributing financial reports for shareholders - Rental property management--the owner of the company owns single-family and multi-unit rental properties, which require following up with tenant repair requests and following up if rent is not paid after the introductory period - BS/BA required -Minimum 5 years of work experience (Real Estate accountant, Finance) About This Company EB5Investors.
