Scope:
Administrators talent acquisition, recruit talents from start to finish.
Coordinates interviews; performs background, drug and reference checks; processes all onboarding documentation, and assists with new hire orientation Maintains and updates all employee files accordingly, verify all employment documentations Assists or prepares correspondence as requested Assists with performance management process Update PTO chart, per diem, and other reports may apply Support Accounting/Payroll to report itemized expenses Assist with wellness program, employee birthday celebration, and company events Assists with exit interview Maintain the company's calendar and schedule any meetings Support the management with other assigned duties
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related degree Minimum 1-3 years of equivalent experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools Full understanding of HR functions and best practices Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines Intellectual and people skills, problems solving skills Preferred
