Maintenance Associate Industry:
Design, engineering and manufacturing for the Transportation, Aerospace, Entertainment and Production Industries.
Job Location:
Irvine, CA Compensation:
Market competitive, Compensation in line with candidate experience Job Responsibilities Perform general facility maintenance and sanitation duties.
Support production by sweeping and scrubbing walkways, aisles and common areas.
Clean and maintain shop area.
Clean windows and dust furniture.
.
Cleans Restrooms, lunch rooms, hallways ,offices, stairways and windows.
Clean drains from aerosol, flammable room and outside perimeter Empties wastebaskets.
Unclog drains, toilets, sinks etc.
as required.
Utilize ladders, dust/wash walls, clean ceilings.
Replaces light bulbs.
Uses hand tools and power tools in making minor maintenance repairs and maintaining grounds and walks.
Sets up and tears down chairs, tables and equipment in meeting rooms, and function rooms.
Provides assistance to officials, staff, visitors, and other employees as necessary.
Maintain building, outside perimeter, parking lot, dock doors, levelers and ramp doors in clean and orderly condition.
Empty trash and recycling receptacles, check open tops/trash compactors and request pick-ups through Waste Management.
Picks up and delivers supplies and materials to rooms.
Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule Follows all applicable safety rules and procedures.
Participates in general cleaning, painting, and repair work.
Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
Ability to drive forklifts and pallet riders.
(Can train if needed) Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Frequent bending/reaching/stooping, constant walking/standing/climbing.
Lifting up to 75lbs.
