Job Description:
The Human Resources Coordinator supports the Human Resources department with a focus on assisting the organization overall.
They maintain and build business relationships with internal and external partners, assist in the recruitment process, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to all employees.
The Human Resources Coordinator must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.
Someone who has excellent people skills, a desire to learn new things and the knack of anticipating needs and planning is required.
A person who will not only maintain effective office operations but also identify areas of improvement.
We like resourceful people who do whatever it takes to get the job done well.
Essential Function &
Responsibilities:
Provide a wide range of administrative HR support in the areas of benefits, employee relations, recruitment, training, and onboarding Prepare, maintain, and conduct new hire orientations, including processing paperwork for new hires Assist in the administrative support of employee off-boardings, including submitting IT tickets, deactivating access, and tracking the return of PriceSpider hardware Assist in the resolution of routine employee issues by providing first-level advisement on policies and procedures Support the recruitment team by managing all recruiting coordinator tasks, such as, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, updating job repository, and editing templates Serve as a point of contact for org-wide employment verifications Responsible for the integrity, security, confidentiality, and proper filing of employee data, including ensuring compliance of all documents and administering record retention Maintain accurate and orderly electronic personnel files Support the update and execution of HR compliance programs through coordination of logistics, communication, and content Actively participate in company culture - United Web, employee anniversaries, birthday celebrations, fitness offerings, onboarding, and more Maintain in-office supplies and kitchen inventory Facilitate schedule and presentation materials for All-Company Townhall meetings Support in administration of HR tools such as Greenhouse, BambooHR, TotalSource and Docebo Minimum
Qualifications:
2 years of experience working in an administrative role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals A high-level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skills Strong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team members Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Strong work ethic with a great attitude Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

This is an hourly position with a salary range of $25-27 per hour.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
