Job Description:
Minimum
Qualifications:
Must have a high-level understanding of DoD industrial security and cybersecurity Must have an active ISC2 CISSP certification Must develop and implement industrial and cyber security policies, plans, and procedures Must be responsible, highly organized, and detail-oriented Must be capable of dealing tactfully and courteously with all levels of employees Must support occasional domestic travel Must have a bachelor's degree, or equivalent Additional Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience managing a NISPOM industrial security program within the last 10 years Experience with DISS (formerly JPAS) maintaining Personnel Security requirements Experience with NISS maintaining Facility Security requirements Experience with the development and oversight of OPSEC programs, security education, procedures, and physical controls to ensure compliance with security requirements Experience with UL certified alarm systems and GSA containers Active STEPP training certificates Risk Management Framework (RMF) training course CS124.
06 FSO training course IS030.
CU Active ISC2 ISSAP, ISSEP, or ISSMP certifications High-level knowledge of NIST SP800-53 RMF security accreditation processes Experience establishing CMMC Level 3
security processes Experience establishing NIST SP800-171 CUI security processes Experience managing COMSEC accounting as a Custodian or Alternate/Assistant Custodian Experience managing SAP and/or SCI program security as a CPSO or CSSO Experience managing GFE accounting and supply-chain security Professional experience dealing directly with U.
