Job summaryCome help AWS Marketplace team re-invent the way software is discovered, deployed, bought, and sold in the cloud! AWS Marketplace is the largest B2B app store for AWS Enterprise and Small Business customers and we're looking for a Lead UX Researcher to help us re-envision the Marketplace experience and help execute our next wave of innovations.

Key job responsibilitiesJob responsibilities? Be the UX Research lead for our customers' journey (Discovery, Procurement, and Post-Purchase), across an array of product domains (e.
g.
, SaaS, Services, Data).
? Run end-to-end UX research (i.
e.
, user interviews, remote usability testing, surveys, card sort, tree tests, etc.
), with a particular focus on customer experience improvements.
? Lead by example, partnering with a team of high-performing generalist UX Designers to raise the bar in their own UX practice, and our team as a whole.
? Select, consult with, and manage research projects with vendors (i.
e.
assessing proposals, budget considerations, contracts, etc.
).
? Work from high-level requirements and ask the right questions to gather all relevant information to guide research approach.
? Drive research for existing experiences while also identifying opportunities for future product development.
? Stay current on emerging research, industry, and technology trends.
? Collaborate on and present work to a range of stakeholders - executives, engineers, product managers, UX designers, and other researchers.
? Collaborate and mentor, both within our team and with the rest of Amazon.
