Job summaryAs Lead Level Designer you'll be responsible for developing and refining the world building process that results in a rich and cohesive world.
You will lead a creative team, working with production to manage schedules and tasks, and will be responsible for the overall growth and improvement of the level design department.
While a background in AAA level design is desired, it'll be a combination of your experience leading creative people and an understanding of game development that will define success.

Key job responsibilitieso Establish and refine best practices for world design - encounters, exploration, and player flowo Help define the narrative of the world and ensure the world tells that storyo Achieve a strong technical grasp of tool and workflows o Refine pipelines and process to ensure quality and scope are met and maintainedo Manage and develop a world class level design team o Maintain a strong creative relationship between production, design, programming and art & animation teamso Encourage communication within and across disciplineso Work with the Product Owner, Producer, and Environment Art Lead to communicate upward to senior stakeholderso Regular and ongoing 1 on 1s with all level designers, identify career path and growth opportunities for staffo Conduct performance reviews, career coaching and developmento Develop goals supporting individual growth, team improvement/growth, and company valueo Create and implement action plans for the department's future success, emphasizing training and development.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
