You will be supported by a strong group of research peers, and a research operations team which makes sure you have the right tools to do your job and easy access to participants.

o Partner with AWS service teams to identify key use cases to focus on in research studieso Triangulate quantitative and qualitative research data with available metrics to deepen the understanding of the customer experienceo Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers on ways to improve the customer experience based on the results of your researchAbout the teamInclusive Team CultureHere at AWS, we embrace our differences.
