We build teams in emerging fields and recruit across different levels of seniority.
Key job responsibilitiesPartner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
Recruit passive candidates and gauge both skills and chemistry for the right fit, and to understand candidate motivationBuild and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratiosArticulate in writing a sourcing plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified potential candidatesA day in the lifeYou will be working with a talented peer team who are passionate in providing exceptional candidate experience and deliver strong science talent to Devices & Services.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
