Senior Technology Product Manager

The Senior Technology Product Manager is a highly motivated individual that leads the definition and execution of our product roadmap(s). This role works closely with a cross-functional team, including technology, strategy, marketing, legal, support and finance with a primary focus of business value delivery to customers.The role needs to be passionate about delivering great customer experiences, managing in a matrixed environment, have a strong understanding of the underlying technology, as well as trends in the financial services market. As Voice of the Product, the role provides many opportunities for both internal organization and external customer interactions to develop and execute strategy.Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Develop strategic capability and product roadmap(s)Analyze market needs and business requirements, e.g. lead customer advisory groups, conducting interactive individual or group interview sessions, prepare customer usage surveys, conduct market research, or leverage known usage patterns of current applicationsFormulate functional and financial value propositions for product requirements or featuresManage Budget, forecasts, and pricing to achieve product to revenue and margin targetsExecute product roadmapsNegotiate go to market, delivery, and release strategies to deliver prioritized requirementsPrepare business and functional requirements, use cases, process flows and expected UXGather & synthesize inputs to project, product, portfolio and business unit reportingDeliver prioritized requirements and capabilitiesEstablish roles and responsibilities and deliverables for key players; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product releases align with roadmap prioritiesProvide clear and consistent business direction during the product development cycleReconcile functional, operational and launch requirements; vet timelines and dependenciesDrive marketplace acceptance and business goals for assigned products.Ready the organization for sales, contracting, Invoicing, training, and supportPartner with marketing, sales and services to drive customer adoption of new offeringsPartner with support organization to maintain existing customer relationshipsBuild communication plans to align stakeholdersManage team member performance (as applicable)Other DutiesParticipates in cross functional initiativesManages time and company resources appropriately.Proactively pursues professional development activities.Performs other duties as requested by Supervisor.Job
Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum:
Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, information technology or related field; OR, if no degree, 14 years of product management experience and/or marketing experience.Preferred:
Master's Degree in business administration.Minimum
Experience:
10 years of product management experience and/or marketing experience, including:
Envisioning and identifying new product opportunities in a complex and highly competitive market.Development and launch of new and existing product lines.Demonstrated success running a product line P&L.Demonstrated leadership, vision, and a bias to action.Leading cross-functional groups to accomplish product and revenue objectives.Defining user experience needs.Proven ability to create product value propositions.Excellent written and verbal communications; able to present facts, data, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise and convincing manner to all levels of the organization.Ability to synthesize large amounts of information to make informed decisions.Preferred Experience (includes minimum):
14 years of product management experience and/or marketing experience, including:
8 years working within the banking or finance industry, specifically Mortgages digitation, and Third-Party relations and integrations.Working within a multi-division organization with various sales channels.Software product delivery.Agile software development.UI/UX.Minimum Knowledge:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
