Job Designation Meggitt's Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence is looking for an experienced Sourcer to join our team. As a Sourcer, you'll work closely with Recruiters, HR and hiring managers to develop strategies to identify a diverse pool of candidates for various roles, across the organization. We are looking for someone who is creative, strategic and data-driven in their sourcing methods. Job Core Responsibilities o Developing candidate pipelines, leveraging cutting edge technology and research, and social media/search engine channels to address high volume and hard to fill positions. o Develop sourcing strategies for assigned positions. o Build diverse candidate pipelines and long-term candidate relationships. o Provide best in class sourcing experience to hiring teams including status of search, timely real time adjustments as required by the market, candidate progress, etc. o In partnership with Recruiters, identify, develop and maintain recruiting activity to meet the needs of the business. o Gather market intelligence and be able to understand and execute against shifts in the marketplace that present recruiting opportunities. o Conduct thorough telephone interviews ensuring only qualified candidates are submitted to recruiter/hiring managers for consideration. o Thorough and accurate documentation of all recruiting activities and tasks in recruiting application (ATS). o Ensure follow-up and detailed feedback are received and thoroughly documented in recruiting applicant tracking systems (Successfactors) o In coordination with recruiters, establish and maintain prioritization system for requisitions, putting forth maximum focus on filling high priority requirements timely. o Review information on all assigned requisitions and associated candidate status by end of each week, ensuring correctness of all information, prior to creation and transmission of weekly requisition status and recruiting activity reports. o Scheduling of candidate interviews o Data entry and administrative projects as assigned Job Specifications o 5 years sourcing experience and proven work experience as a Sourcer or similar role. o A combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience desired. o Experience sourcing for technical professionals in a similar industry. o Experience developing a pipeline of candidates o Strong Internet capabilities, solid Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint abilities o Experience working in an Applicant tracking system o Able to adapt and adjust to rapidly changing priorities. o Must have superior written and oral communications and presentation skills. o Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills o Ability to develop relationships of trust and influence.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
