Parker Aerospace is seeking a highly motivated Electronics Hardware Design Engineer to join our Central Engineering Electronics Hardware Design team. Primary responsibilities are the design and development of electronics for use in motion-controlled Aerospace systems. The ideal candidate must be able to provide circuit design and simulation expertise and designs on time, within schedule while minimizing design risk. They must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and cross functional teams throughout the organization. Position
Responsibilities:
o Responsible for the detailed design and system integration of Aerospace electrical products including circuit design and analysis, schematics, and detailed drawings o Generates technical reports and data for design reviews and customer submittals o Provides engineering designs as well as bids and estimates for information requests and proposals o Develops design processes, process improvements, design tools to ensure compliant, cost effective designs o Will interface with the Supply Chain organization and suppliers for the procurement of prototype parts Work Authorization:
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. Qualifications Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Qualifications):
Requires a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering 10
years of experience performing detailed electronic circuit design for high-power motor control (inverter) Experience in embedded microprocessor-based designs to include digital logic timing analysis, power de-rating analysis, DO-254, DO-178, etc. Demonstrated expertise in creating designs to pass aerospace environments. DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461 Knowledge of HALT/HASS and reliability analysis. Extensive experience analyzing and simulating power electronics. Experience in troubleshooting, qualification, testing, integration of electronic circuit boards. Experience and understanding of Space Vector Modulation and advanced motor control techniques is desirable o Familiar with PCB layout and manufacturing. o Proficiency with ALTIUM and SPICE o Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Tool Suite o Working knowledge of EVMS and Scheduling tools including Microsoft Project o Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for coordinating across teams. o Ability to travel 10% - 20% of the time Desired Skills/

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
